It was designed by GiANT as a reset: A way to go back and figure out how your past, your experiences and your voice all come together to make you who you are today.
You are the only one who has lived your life and to live it to the fullest, it helps to put all of the pieces together.

So what does this look like exactly?
- A leadership intensive is a 10-12 hour session done in 2 days or over a stretch of a month (or longer if preferred).
- Topics discussed are:
- Your story- your upbringing, how you were parented, the highs and lows from your past and much more.
- Your voice- we go in depth into your personality and how you are wired. We spend a lot of time here, so you feel comfortable with understanding and owning your voice. It is such a powerful experience to understand your wiring and how to use your voice to bring your best.
- Relationships- We go over key relationships in your life and how people have affected you and how they have shaped you into the leader and person you are today.
- Game plan- Based on everything we learned and, on your goals, we come up with a game plan together. I help you decide on your next course of action based on what your goals are and from what we have discovered from today.
